CHARACTER
COUNTS! National Partnership
Tapping the potential of
today's youth
Since 1986, character education has been a cornerstone of Phil
Baker's commitment to young people. As founder of the South
Dakota Just Say No Club, Phil led a three-year drug prevention
effort for 100,000 young people in 500 schools and communities.
Now
Phil has formally partnered with CHARACTER COUNTS! the country's
most widely-adopted character education framework. His assembly
program Character Rocks uses upbeat
songs and team-building activities to challenge young people to
make a positive difference in their homes, schools, and communities.
